Registering a player

All players must register to play each year with the Club. It is an RFU requirement that players are registered using the Game Management System (GMS). The Club requires this information to ensure we can undertake our Safeguarding responsibilities (emergency contact details, medical conditions etc). The RFU requires players to register for playing and insurance purposes. GMS link is below and guidance on how to register is at the bottom of the page

Parent/guardian must first create their own GMS account & verify your email address (check junk folders!)
When logged on you add the player to your account
Once the player is created you can Affiliate to Club, search for Bredon Star RFC and affiliate to.
Save progress and provide: consents; medical information and emergency contact details - save these also and you’re done!

Parent logs on to their own existing account (there is a forgotten password process - check your junk folder!)
Select player; renew affiliation and save (your coach will direct you to registration secretary for any issues - I.e. player not on your account)
You will be prompted to check consents; medical information and emergency contact details - save these even if no changes made and you’re done!

Same process as a returning player
However any issues with account must be resolved with OLD club (e.g. can’t see player etc)
